Flo’s passion for the entertainment industry spans over 30 years. She began her career as a professional Dancer in her birth city, New York City, and grew into an award-winning Actor, Writer, Lead Editor, Composer, and Director. She has worked for ABC, CBS, NBC, MTV, WB, FOX, Amazon, AMC, WE, The Walt Disney Company, HUB, Animal Planet, TNT, Wolf Entertainment (Dick Wolf), Lifetime, PBS, History Channel, E!, Oxygen, CW, Sony, Quincy Jones, Joan Rivers, Drew Carey, and on multiple successful projects like "Fear Factor", "Big Brother", "Battle for Ozzfest" (Ozzy Osbourne), and "The World’s Fair" (President Obama, Hilary Clinton). Additional credits include an American Express commercial, hosting G4’s “Arena”, keyboard player Michael Jackson’s “Behind the Mask” and Radio Head’s “Street Spirit” music video.

As a CEO and Executive Producer, Flo founded Stretch Productions in 1998. Via Stretch Productions, Flo Created, Executive Produced, Wrote, and Directed award-winning films like "Sexuality the Documentary" an official selection in the Forward Motion Film Festival,  and "Charlie's Bitch Ass Hos", the first choose your own adventure comedy series which won "Best Comedy Short" in the NYII Film Festival.  Her edgy, online web series "LIPS”, has been featured on popular websites like AfterEllen.com (Ellen Degeneres) and garnered a loyal following with over 2 Million views.

In 2017 Flo launched VING Vodka along with VING Vision Media Devision. VING Vodka set the trend for 100% transparency in spirits and is the only line to list all the serving facts and ingredients with zero secret ingredients. Flo put her entertainment chops to work, and Produced, Wrote, and Directed all the commercials.

Flo was inspired to solve the plastic epidemic that greatly impacts ocean pollution and global warming. In 2021 she invented, designed, and received the US Patent (international Patents pending) for Pop Top Lock; an all-aluminum resealable and reusable can end. Pop Top Lock can replace plastic bottles and single-use aluminum cans. Pop Top Lock will aid in lowering CO2 emissions and globally promote biodiversity and sustainability beyond her lifetime.
